Originally from a South Suburb of Chicago, Krystal moved to the Southwest Florida area with her family at an early age.

Krystal began her career as a commercial contractor, where she worked through logistics in the engineering department. After joining the Michael Lawler team and becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2013, Krystal has championed all aspects of the business. She received a Community Associations Manager (CAM) designation in 2020, and now services a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
